Please Contact Little Savvi within 14 days of receipt of your goods by email email@example.com. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All of our items are made with care and the time is taken to ensure you receive a quality handmade product you can be proud to own.
Please read information on each item before ordering, for example most handmade items are made using 100% which does not stretch, other items are made using a combined cotton fabric and will stretch slightly to accommodate sizing.
Our designs are true to size however not all styles are suited to the shape of some babies, we are not able to accept a return on change of mind, however we will accept returns/refunds on items with a defect.
Returns will be dealt with according to each individual case and we will do our very best to accommodate and rectify any concerns. If the item you have ordered simply does not fit as you have misjudged the sizing, please contact us as we may be able to offer an exchange with postage at buyers expense.
All our items are carefully handmade and can take up to 14 days to complete, however, they will be posted sooner if possible. All postage within Australia is tracked and you will be send tracking number and notification of shipping.
